Milan, September 13th, 2018 – Sogefi announces a plan to sell to Özler Plastik its Fraize plant in France. This plan is subject to Works council consultation.
The main activity of this plant is the production of blow-molded air ducts considered as no longer part of the group’s core businesses.
Özler Plastik, a Turkish company specializing in blow-molded products for automotive and industrial applications, has development plans for the Fraize plant to support its growth in Europe.
Laurent Hebenstreit, Sogefi CEO, said: “This transaction will support Sogefi Air & Cooling profitable growth in innovative Cooling products and Air intake manifolds.”
